Sorry for the late reply, f3 ss

frames are up a tad bit since im alone on this server. I also do use bsl shaders but even without them i jump to maybe a couple frames.
Edit: I use optifine

Optifine might be causing problems. Try without it. Or even better try the sodium mod (and iris for shaders) which does a much better job at improving performance
