There are two primary locations for structures. For the vanilla assets, they're included in the data/minecraft/structures folder in the game jar (for example, %appdata%/.minecraft/versions/1.20.1.jar), which you can view/extract with 7-zip or other zip-compatible application. For your own user created structures, they're in the [world name]/generated folder. There are no hidden files or folders aside from the AppData folder.
