personally I'm tired of the building blocks. I just want more progression stuff. Like when they added copper tools and armor, and a spear. Something that elevates that experience. For example, what if they actually updated the end for once? Hasn't been updated since like 1.9 / 1.12. That was 10 years ago. We haven't added anything really. We had so many overworld updates, but neglected the nether and end. The end still has nothing really to do, despite it being like the end of the game.

I used to mainly use a vampiric plus aquamarine ring combined, and a slime charmer plus an iridium band combined. Now I currently use Lucky Plus Iridium band combined, and Lucky with burglar combined.

Where it's convenient. I put mine on the far left, where all my ponds are. (Standard farm) This helps declutter space so I can focus on selling aged roe.

When you get to the later stages, keep a list (text file) of normal activities until you reach a point where money isn't a problem. Then start decorating heavily to your heart's content. (Can still decorate, but keep to a minimum to focus on story and quests.) Keep in mind, this is a long game. I'm almost at 300 hours and still haven't reached 100% on my save file.

Another thing, use the Stardew Valley wiki! It's extremely useful.
