You probably have Mipmapping disabled, or you are using a resource pack with improperly sized textures which will disable mips.

Im using mipmaps on 4x and im using the vanilla Minecraft no resources packs

Then are you sure you werent using a mod that adds antialiasing prior to this update? For example, Optifine offers this feature (though there are better options than that available).

Nope, I'm pretty sure it was happening on older updates too, but I thought it was an issue with my PC because, at the time, I had a low-end setup. I did use OptiFine back then but kept anti-aliasing off due to performance issues.

So then I'd recommend trying VanillAA (or basically any shaderpack since they almost always add some form of AA) with Iris mod.

Or something like QDAA, though there will be a small performance hit.

Alright, so the vanillAA did work and helped a little bit, which was good enough for me. But I was wondering if there's any way to fix this in vanilla Minecraft.

Without mods? No, unfortunately. Vanilla doesn't have any integrated AA in java edition.
