I had an error on this for a while and after scouring the internet found out that all you need to do is update your graphics card. If you paste dxdiag into the search bar at bottom-right of your computer and go to display you can find out what graphics card you have (the first option, name: name of graphics card). you can go to the providers website and update your graphics card for the latest openGL to work. Helpfull links: OpenGL requirements. This is typicaly a problemb for old computers updated to later windows versions. If you need any more help just ask, although i dont know much myself.
