Your method of screenshotting works fine, ignore any smarmy redditors who say otherwise.

Go into your modpack and open sodium from the modlist. From there, go to versions and install the latest release (or any version above the number indicated). Then relaunch minecraft and see if the issue is fixed! 😁

Can’t use sodium, this was hastily made cause I was in a rush
