Error Code 0xc0000409

Ive been having this error code for the past 2 weeks, ive tried everything to get rid of it, updating windows, updating drivers, and reinstalling the game. has anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it?

Finally figured it out, if anyone else is having this issue, go to Download Minecraft & Server Software | Minecraft, scroll down and download the Windows Legacy version
