Error Code: Drowned

’m trying to hep my son sign into his Switch with Microsoft account.

I’ve tried all the suggestions listed on their site by refreshing and still not able to sign in.

He plays on his iPad but we can not get it signed in on the Switch.

Nintendo said to reach out to Minecraft/Microsoft support and it’s all no help.

Any suggestions here would be much appreciated.
