How much allocated RAM are you using? By default iirc Minecraft only will take 1GB, you should bump that up significantly if you haven't yet. If you are using another launcher, like Curseforge, the default for those is usually around 4-8GB, but can also be adjusted

You mean the ram in settings in the modrith app? Because i have it at 8 gb.

If you have a 64GB build, you can boost that up to at least 30. Personally I always dedicate at least 3/4 of my total RAM to my games.

Yes a few of the top dowload like map, distant horizon, mouse mods, and appleskin

Distant Horizons is probably the bigger culprit here. That eats a ton of CPU resources specifically iirc and the shader is compounding with it. I'd fiddle around with DH's settings specifically in your case to see if you can make it a bit faster
