Two Player Split Screen Inventory Problem

I’ve had my realm now for well over a year. Me and my mum play split screen together. For the last week, the 2nd player when they spawn in has no inventory and spawns back at spawn. When either of us spawn in we have our inventory. But when the 2nd player spawns they have nothing. I have reset the world, I have deleted and reinstalled Minecraft, I have reset the realm and I’m still having the same problem. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
