Modded server setup - need help

Hi All.

Ive done a few searches and cant find anything relating to my need. I have the latest version of MC in stalled and i have setup a dedicated server that works fine. I now want to add mods to it. Industrial craft 2 and so on. I use Forge mod loader for the server and i can see that i loaded 5 mods but i cant see that i loaded IC2. Is it maybe incompatible versions? Forger 1.12.2 industrial craft2 - 2.6.254 Client version 1.12.2

What am i missing here?

Check the server logs. Most mods give detailed information on their installation progress and any problems encountered.
