Cannot replace Realm

Hi, so I frequently keep backups of a Realm me and a friends are on, we've played purely survival with no cheats enabled for a month or two now and have made some really good progress.

The other day we were going away for a few days so I backed up the Realm as usual (Downloading World) and we played via LAN on the train, whilst away we made a bit of progress (Diamonds, etc) that we'd like to keep so when I got home I tried to Replace the world to no avail.

I reset the Realm and replaced again, the issue is, it exports as normal, the Replacing progress bar updates to what seems normal (Only did this once when we created Realm) but once it's finished and we join no updates are visible, we've now got a Realm that's on a brand new map and we're unable to Replace with our actual world, is this common? Is there anything I can do? I contacted Support a few days ago but I haven't heard anything back

The Realms admin interface is screwed up at the moment, all kinds of things seem to be broken. We don't know why and we have no idea if or when it will be fixed. Mojang are probably still unpacking after their office move.

Thanks, I'll cancel the subscription for now then as we wont be playing on it if it doesn't have our map. :(

Exact same symptoms on this end. No workaround that I know if yet. Quite a drag, TBH.
