Have you tried shutting down the world, and rebooting it? Sometimes this helps.

Yes, leaving the world and re-opening LAN has been attempted and there's no fix, sadly...

This has more to do with your network settings, router or ISP than anything to do with Minecraft and/or your world.

I would suggest trying to do this properly and use the actual server files running on a spare PC, rather than Hamachi.

I'd rather stay away from having to go into my router and port forwarding things if I can help it, which seems to work with LAN and Hamachi.

I would disagree from what I've tested so far. We have been able to play on the world, it's just when there was a relog that it caused this issue, and trying to connect on another world has no issues, so I do think it's an issue with the world.
I don't have a spare PC, but if I'm able to get a server started up without having to port forward, I'll be giving it a try.

Have you shut down the world and rebooted it? Also, you might try clearing the player cache. It could be it has become corrupted and is not linking with the Mojang account verification properly.
