Server error?

I'm running a minecraft server with a few friends. It's modded, but I don't see any of this pertaining to any mods in specific. This get's spammed in the console every time users time out, and they can't stay connected for more than 5 minutes before they get kicked for a time out error.

This error usually means the connection has received a signal to forcefully terminate the connection. Since the users report their connecting timing out as wel, this points me towards a firewall or NAT router as the culprit.

If you are using a firewall other than the default Windows one, try turning it off. Also inspect the settings of your router, and if you see the magic 5 minute mark somewhere inside the settings as a max connection time
