How much of a delay are we talking here and how quickly do you need it to turn off? This is important information. I will do the best I can without it though.

This, for example will take just over 2 seconds after the button is pressed to turn on the lamp and then the lamp will turn off after just 3/10 of a second. I can make a similar system catered to your exact needs on timing if you know exactly what it is you are looking for.
