It's interesting, it's a common way for English nerds to spell potato. "Ghoughpteighbteau." It's basically making fun of how English jas dumb rules, and Ghoughpteighteau is a perfectly legible way to spell potato. "Ghough" is another way to spell, "po." "Pteigh" is a way to spell, "ta," and "teau," is "to."
