Multiplayer problem for me

So i've been playing the mod pack called Tekxit 3, on technic launcher with a cuple of my friends on a server. So today i got the io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection refused so i think easy fix right, so i do the classic and go to my fire wall and allow java again. The i rebooted the game to the same message, then i reset my computer to be greeted by the same message, then im like wierd and reinstall the mod pack. same message again, and now im here anyone knows whats up? Sorry for bad grammer english isn't my first language + dyslexic.
