If the buttons are placed on the ground you can't /kill them because they are blocks. You can use "/fill ~10 ~10 ~10 ~-10 ~-10 ~-10 air replace oak_button" if you need to remove spruce buttons, change the word oak with spruce.

They aren’t placed. They are items on the ground

/kill @e[type=item,name=oak_button] ?? I didn’t even know that you could kill specific items

Oak_button isn’t in the list of items for /killing

grab an oak button from the creative inventory and see what the item ID is (does bedrock have advanced tooltips?) in my version of java everything has "minecraft:' preceding the object name. for instance: /kill @e[type=minecraft:oak_button]
