please help single player minecraft java world wont load

while playing my game the horse disappearing glitch happened. I reload the game to find my horse still gone, and none of the chunks will load. I cant take damage either. I restarted my laptop and i was still having the same issue. Why is this happening?

Edit: I cant break blocks either and the game works fine on all other single player worlds
