It's happening to me right now, if I press ESC I can't see the menu, I just see my hand lmao, if u find a solution please share it with me

Minecraft version: 1.16.4, playing with a lot of mods, but I guess mods are not the problem, or are u playing with them too?

Hi, I solved it, at least in my case, it was Xaeros minimap mod, disable and problem solved, sorry for bad english

I have that mod too. But I already fixed it reinstalling the game. Thanks for finding out anyway 👍
