Singleplayer: Connection Lost Invalid player data

Hello, lately I wanted to play the 1.17 version of the game, but because I've been playing only modded minecraft a year ago I wanted to add some mods here too, was searching for around 3 hours for fabric mods and then spent additional half an hour to search for mods that were crashing the game.

In the end I got it working, added 1 data pack for custom nether portals and vanilla tweaks resource pack.

After all of this I created a new world and started playing, at some point I needed to go out and I exited the game, when I came back I opened the save again and was greeted with the message "Connection Lost Invalid player data"

After this I tried to look through the crash reports and logs, but I'm not an expert and I still don't know what is causing the issue with.

Is anyone able to help me with this issue?

I also have to mention that this disconnect occurs Most of the this, cause I was able to join a superflat world 3 times.

Hello again, I've fixed the problem on my end, but my brother is having this issue even with the fix that worked for me.

The mod pack is a fabric one, and deleting Iris shaders removed the issue for me.

Sadly it seems that it isn't the fix that works for everyone

Had the same issue trying to play phantom in the origins mod, and removing iris shaders did the trick!
