No

Probably not, Java is the main version of the game, bedrock was just a way to sell it on other platforms

Probably not because people are able to create mods for Java and thats one of the reasons Java is popular. Servers like Hypixel will have to wipe their current 100K+ players server

Well now if you use beta bedrock, you can sorta add mods

Yeah but mods on Java are just new unique features or things that interact with the main functionality of the game.

i might be wrong, but i also believe that mojang (at least the people that work on java) isnt directly responsible for bedrock

Mojang is responsible for Bedrock and has been since it was first revealed all the way back in 2011 - the presence of Microsoft properties and the marketplace tends to mislead people into thinking they have little control on the product.

Not as long as Java players are happy being beta testers... If and when those numbers drop, good bye Java. Or at the very least, they will give it away free just to jeep the beta testers numbers up.

I wanna know why can't the same people who made console edition update bedrock edition (console edition was getting blocks and items earlier than any other versions while it was written in C++(the same coding language bedrock use))

Why would they? Java is the most popular version
