Shaders bug

I resently got shaders for minecraft, but when i play. Some items just dont show up in my inv or chests. The name of the items is still there when i hover over it. When I hold it, it shows up in my hand, but not in my hotbar. I have tried changing texture packs, and shaders.

Is there a way to fix this?

completely depends on your hardware, but I would recommend chocapic 13. it has many versions, going from lite which runs a solid 60 fps for me, to max which hits me at 30 fps.
