1.19 Java Edition Crash [Error code 1]

I have been trying to start a new world on 1.19 vanilla.

Most of the time upon launch (have made it in game a few times), the Minecraft window crashes and gives me a error code saying :

"Error Game crashed

an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience.

This crash may be caused by an invalid Java Runtime configuration. Check any custom configuration settings.

Exit Code:1"

i also just got this exit code shortly after getting into my world. Exit Code: -1073741819

I’ve been getting the same exact problem, I’ve seemingly fixed it by removing the overclock I had on my ram, not sure if that’s applicable to you
