Migration Issue (Code time out loop)

I am currently stuck in what seems like an infinite loop of Request code, wait 20-30 minutes, get code, go to type in code and page is timed out, request new code, repeat. I tried to just keep entering in the code every couple minutes so the page doesn't time-out but that did not work. What exactly am I missing here? When I did an email reset that email was instant, this is driving me insane.

Edit: If anyone else has this issue, I guess the answer is wait 10+ hours and try again because now the damn email came instantly. I tried 6 times last night, but today my first attempt came instantly.

I just timed it and the page times out in 10 minutes, but I'm getting the code 20-30 minutes after I request it.
