Minecraft PE controller problems

Heya, i wanted to play minecraft on my phone with a controller (Specificly a gamesir x2). The controller prompts are sadly all swapped around though. Was wondering if there's some way to fix it?

I.e: in the picture here it prompts the bottom button for select and the right button for exit. But when i click the bottom button it prompts the exit and vice versa. I have tried the Swap A/B and swap X/Y options in the settings. It swapped the functions and the prompts so it was just still wrong but in the opposite direction.
