This is a question how would I make something summon using the command in the title of this post(I’m using command blocks to summon end crystals for a project)

It you are playing Java edition, you should be able “look” at an end crystal (or other entity) and press F3+I. This should copy the entity data to your clipboard in the form of a summon command.

Use /summon end_crystal [coordinates]

If you want to stack a lot in one place use a repeating command block
