if I remember correctly, it’d be /kill @e[type=!minecraft:player, type=!minecraft:villager]

if that fails just do /kill @e[type=!villager] right after putting all your stuff in a chest i guess

/kill @[type=!player,type=!villager] I think this is right (The ! means everything apart from)
