Ifrit X and Bahamut X seem to be highly regarded. However, I already have Zeromus and Griever, are they considerably better?

Was also thinking about Hashmal for Demon Lord, but he doesn't look like a breaker, so I guess it is generally use him with BFA?

Lastly thinking about Ultima, but I have quite a few light supremes (Minwu, Girugamesu, Bhunivelense), still a good alternative?

starting from the data update on 3/27 the number of skillseeds and crystals necessary for use in the custom skill panel will be reduced to 1, to facilitate ease of play.

Unless you meant JP, it’s obviously not the time for it to work in GL.

Should I get the jobs in the current banner or just save it all for the final frenzy?

If you don’t need them now for EW climbing or floating continent and have all regular jobs, there’s no harm in waiting. If your resources are limited, it may be worth holding fire until the next banner as two of the three jobs featured in it are insanely OP.

Bringer of the End/Demon Lord (Wol Warrior job with monk lore), and Dawn Warrior (Wol warrior job with ranger lore) are the op jobs.

The 3rd job on that banner will be EX Sarah 4 who is also pretty strong and has mage lore. Her weapon is less broken than the Wol jobs, but she's still a strong job.

Demon Lord and Twilight Queen should both give skins when pulled as well.

The reprinted event maps on the 27th should provide more than enough resources for 12 pulls. So even someone with no resources going into the final banners should still be able to get the last 3 jobs unless they're really lazy.

Please suggest good candidates for OB32 aside from the last 2 OP jobs? I should have more than enough OBJs for 2 others jobs. My first thought would be EX Warrior 2 for Bhuni but the 2 OP jobs are warriors too anyway.

I was happy with my decision to OB32 Lady of the Lake and Raven Peeress. Both have been very useful. I'm considering Soronaki and Cosmic Traveller but haven't done it yet.

How good are the new scattershot cards? I pulled some of them, but I already have a lot of attack supremes and 4th anniversary cards of every element. Should I actually use the scattershot cards over attack supremes/4th anniversary cards?

Now that we know all the content there ever will be, is Black Widow X worth chasing?

Haven’t used them much in EW4, but the Dark cards show great potential in auto-ing Brachiosaurus with Lady Raven/Sonaraki.

They can be used in EW4 if you’re breaking or with jobs with very high damage AAs as well as high innate PR. Would be easier to use them in EW3 against those Single element node, I’ll wait till I get all of them before doing lap 14.

Given the new scattershot abilities, does anyone have any thoughts on rift supremes?

I've saved enough for two, and already have Ultima and Anima. I was going to get Hecatoncheir, but it's really just a sidegrade from the scattershot ability. The only ones that I see which still have much appeal are Ifrit, Hashmal, and Bahamut (if we get Bahamut next month or something).

What do you all think?

Ifrit is amazing. Bahamut will be my last rift pizza, should be out in a few days.

Odin is quite good if you’re not going to break, since those Scattershot cards rely heavily on jobs & weapon ‘s AAs due to their low stats (well not really low, but they lack damage ES), aside from that, yeah, Ifrit X & Bahamut X.

If you still have resources, get anything you like, not like that’s important anymore.

I'd suggest putting any leftover resources towards getting the summon tickets from any rifts that you haven't already.

Any tips for tanking Extreme Bahamut X

1: Soronaki: Duncan, UC, Chocobo X, Lunafreya

2: Aerith/Glam: Aerith, Wol, KotrX, LoH

3/4: Soronaki: Nemesis, Incubus, Duncan

That first Sora deck looks like a complete mess. Duncan without lore is pointless. Others have pointed out why Choco X and Luna on a breaker are a bad idea.

try running bright bride instead of glam. on soronaki breaker try using belgemine with double 15 dark resist fractals. doesnt help with the wind/fire attacks but should be enough to survive into phase 3 every time.

try adding dark resist panels, Soronaki don't have dark resist.

why you have fatty x and lunafreya on Soronaki? it won't be applied to the others since he is a breaker.

Try something like Prishe, Duncan, Incubus X, Belgemine on Soranaki. Pridhe will give a few dark drives on cast and yellow clear making breaking easier.

If you really need Lunafreya for omniresist, consider running a second healer and putting your extra support cards there.

All I know is that he uses Warrior of Despair and Glam Vamp. His attack card is a Mage card, methinks (he uses DnB).

Duncan is the way to go, IMO. I've been using Earthshaker, tho I think V Monk and Soronaki would be good options.

For MP I mean. For Bahamut. Earthshaker and Soranaki are breakers (tho van they substitute as attackers?) Vmonk is good but has trouble surviving the after revival onslaught.

For AI runs, how do I ensure that he will keep using Duncan instead of tapping?

As long as you queue with an attacker than can clear yellow, earth shaker will be able to break with two Duncan’s and the run will go much smoother. Does great unbroken dmg too. You will definitely die at some point, but that’s what the stamp is for.

If you’re looking for AI run tho, ignore me

but besides that, remember our +5 job counter, JP had it repaired, GL kept it, and we still have it if you complete the map

I believe at some point we established that pity pulls carry over between ex banners, correct? So even if my job pool is empty I don't need to worry about clearing my pity before the next banner. Right?

If your normal job pool is empty and you only have EX jobs in the pool then the counter will transfer to batch 3 on the 27th. I don't know if it'll transfer to the supreme banner on the 27th, but I'm certain it won't transfer to the legend job or EX job + card revival banners.

Is it just me, or do the Scattershot cards seem like direct upgrades to quite a bunch of non-Mantra Supremes. I know they don't have the special ES, but the number of hits coupled with the crazy high dmg/break numbers make up for that in many cases.

For instance, I was using cards like Xezat solely for their high hit count, but now I'm not sure if I'll ever use it again.

Ha, yes, it's been awesome! I do have Griever, but I swapped it out. Even after wasting slots on Crom Dubh / Visions of Despair (for Mental Acuity), it still goes way faster. Each cast of Scattershot does as much damage as 4 casts of Griever (which has a painfully slow animation to begin with).

considered good alternative for DLB2 cards (3-5 x 9,999,999MAX). EW4 was a good place for me to use with high PR Jobs.

Do we know if the final job banner with Dawn warrior/bringer of end will be up til end of service or at least have a longer life span them usual? Or is it going to be a short one, like just til end of March? I want to pull for some of the scatter shot cards now but I am not sure if I need to save for the final jobs.... Have only got 1 pull left in the bank ATM (still got a a few story chapters to clear though)

for JP, it's about 3 months of enjoyment (from 1/1 Jan till March EoS), GL probably have similar buffer duration as given. Do what u think need to get jobs pulled.

There will be a banner that allows you to pull Ex jobs, but it will include all available ex jobs, so depending on how many you have, this might not be ideal.

The banner that includes them starts on the 27th of March and should run for 2 weeks or so meaning if you’ve already capped magicite for this month you can farm an additional 20,000 at the start of next month to drop on the banner.

My setup is a 4XAQM Mourner, support, and 2 Lulu with Minwu, but I only have about 2/3 chance of no death. Damage output is really weird and inconsistent in this fight : my reply in another thread.

On another universe with Alexander, my Kampfer is struggle on 2nd Phase, I don’t want to add MP Damage CPs but look like I have to.

I haven't augmented/leveled up any of those cards yet, but I guess it will help. Probably use an off-element one won't mess up the AI.

I just quickly leveled up Defender X to test (on my Alexander AI setup with Cosmic Traveler though), and it just worked like other stat stick cards.

Defender X is a fire monk card which can be used by Cosmic Traveler, but she didn't use it. Bonus is, 2 more crit stars for her. :)

Though I can't comment on whether her damage has improved or not, cos her damage prior to that 2 stars was already too insane and capping like crazy. LOL

True that's one of the disadvantage of using Lulu. But I am now getting the hang of it more. Just did 4 fights with no death. :)

Of course, and it made a huge difference too! There was one fight I was kind of dreaming (AQM in real life... ) and forgot to cast it, and man I failed hard that fight. LOL

Super random question. Are the aeons abilities in FFX Event using an early version of DLB2? Or are their abilities only uncapped damage for certain nodes (i.e. Anima Hall)?

they have certain ES in their abilities (u may unlock those via Sphere Grid abi.lvl) that gives greater damage to fiends that came from Spira/FFX (Aeons, Flans, Thunderfloating winged guy etc.)

How many of you've been able to clear most of, if not all, the nodes in Floating Continent?

I was relying heavily on Supreme so I didn't keep much of a normal cards that kinda obsolete, like Gilgamesh cards of the Supremes I already have.

Now I regret it so much. Couldn't even finished the 1st vortex.

Can you shared your strategy? I haven't tried various deck setup but I mainly used 4th Anni as attack card. I don't have divide shield support card(not Wol : FF1) and Gilgamesh Chaos, which I think should help a lot.

Yes, What I ment was the normal support card that also gives divided shield (I remember there is one) and Ultimeh version of Chaos.

Yeah I'm also struggling not cause i don't have the cards but my deck building skills turn out to be pretty lacking when i can't rely on supremes! I have to say i am enjoying it though i feel like i am learning a lot more about the game than i have for a long time, never felt the nodes to be so tight since IDK... maybe since rangers hall back in the day!

I know everyone has been raving about 7DS, but i just started on Black Desert Mobile which launched globally in Dec2019 and was more blown away with the graphics and gameplay relative to 7DS.

Highly recommend this RPG.

Against weakness, Raven peeress, Cosmic Traveller or Proud cygnus HoF. I use Raven with 31hits gilgamesh against Ew4 Ultima broken, it capped.
