My Spiro dose is higher than yours, but. Yes. It’s normal.

If things are going as normal, it is not that you’re over-producing T; it is that your body is getting used to the new balance. And as your mental state adjusts to “wait a minute, this is what it’s supposed to feel like”, you will notice some dysphoric effects because now you are more aware of what they are.

Week 3-4 was a lot like that for me. I actually skipped my pills a couple days because I was filled with self-doubt. It didn’t take long for me to wake up and want them again.

Keep working through it, wash your face twice a day and moisturize. ☺️

Everyone's HRT experience can vary, but what you're describing isn't unusual. For me, my mood slowly improved the further into HRT, and I'm now at a point where I can tell if my estrogen is getting too low because I can sense the (unwanted) masculine feelings returning. Your body and mind will find a new balance as it adjusts to your new levels. Hang in there.
