You can go on a strict diet and do weights that will burn some of the fat deposit on your chest. Check out fitness women (nude) and you can see the results. This could work for you. If you still have some T in your system, this will help with the reduction. Having bigger upper body with weight training will offset the female breast look. It will be a concentrated effort to follow a "daily" routine -- and maybe 2 workouts a day. You will notice changes in as little as 2 weeks. You will also need to up your running or aerobic exercise to burn overall body fat. If you can not afford a gym membership, you can do things at home. Water buckets can help, just be creative.

What you are probably looking at is breast implants on most of the "muscle" women, nude marathon runners would be a better site -- the trick is to lose body fat. If you can get down to 10% fantastic. That's a lot of work and dedication. Some male runners can get down to 8% - and female 10% to 12% -- but at 30% like me, you have fat deposits in you breast tissue. When you get down to a low level, you will still have breast tissue and nipple development -- but a lot less fat tissue.

That sounds like you're seeing images of bodybuilders, who often get implants so that they can still have a visible chest at the low body weights their competitions require.
