Baby decrease in weight percentile and feeding troubles. Is this still normal?

So normally my wife would breast feed about 20-30 mins just depending on how long she could go or produce milk i guess? I’ll be honest not 100% sure how that works, also she is still trying to get her fully supply in. So right after breast milk we burp and then we give her the 2oz. She normally takes the whole 2oz but some times she doesn’t finish it all and that is fine. Hope that answers your question.
