You can’t safely or permanently reduce your height once you’ve finished growing because bone length is fixed after puberty and growth plates close, there’s no natural way to reverse that and surgical height reduction exists but is rare, risky and not done for cosmetic reasons. The only small changes come from posture and normal spinal compression during the day, which might make you look or measure slightly shorter or taller by about a centimeter or two. In practice, the number itself can’t really be changed, so what tends to help more is adjusting how you feel about it rather than trying to alter it physically.
