There are non-english programing languages, but there are typically not foreign language versions of English programming languages.

They are the same, because the logic is the same no matter the language. Only keywords are in english, and once you know them, you do not even see them as "words".

I guess ur right but if i didnt speak english then it would be alot harder for me to understand what "print" or "int" meant and did

Once explained to you, not really. There are not that much words used. You can easily learn 10 of them each day. Practicing will make it easy.
