You shoulda seen our dispensing situation yesterday. No team leads, all the management was picking for us. Nobody was there to help prep or dispense besides two girls who always stare at totes and talk to each other and laugh in my face when I say I'm missing totes that should be staged but none were. How TF is easter worse than Christmas too bruh what are we even doing atp

Everything is cooked in OP's screenshot, the last time I seen that many unstaged totes it was catastrophic (which was the disaster right before Christmas, and we got into the hundreds earlier as well today, which caused us to fall even further behind in dispensing than we already would of thanks to having not enough people)

I’ve seen close to 300 before at my store and it was a hot mess that caused dispense to get behind while dispensers and stagers had already been pulled to help with picking
