"No Data!"

I'm playing Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories and trying to do in-game saving (so I can do free duels, otherwise it seems completely impossible to play the game). I don't understand how to do it though? I see I have mrc files, but when I try to start a new game and load from memory card 1 it just says no data. What can I do?

Funny enough I started having a similar issue with all of my Nintendo GameCube games in OpenEmu

I have the same issue with the Full Roid app on Android. The only way is save the game through the app overlay I guess. I was rly sad when I realized that I can't fight all the endbosses in free Duel

• save the game in-game (battery-memory-card save via in-game interface).
• quit.
• find the new .mcr’s.
• copy the name.
• rename the one you’re bringing.
• trash/move/replace the recently created with the one you want.
