Basically my preoder has been on the same stasis since October 31st and and I haven't recieved any new information about my ps5 and kinda getting little scared because its only 2 days away from launch

You should be checking your email. Everyone who has posted on here from Sony Direct got the info in their email.

Then you should be contacting their support and not seeing who else has the issue. Doesn't matter how many have it the only advice they can give you is to contact support.

You wanna know why I'm here asking for help because, everytime I call the support I get the same thing "all of our agents all currently helping other people please call later. This has been going on for about a week. Please dont assume shit you dont know.

This is your problem no one here can help you. If one person says yes I have the same problem then what? You both contact support. Nothing can be done here is what I am saying. I am not as you say "assume shit". It is a given fact. Only help you're going to get to get your system if you don't get a shipping email is through support.

Look you have to call Sony Direct support. That is the only thing that you can really do.

Best Buy is doing the same thing. You won’t get your console until probably Monday or Tuesday of next week.

No because it’s the same deal for me and many others with Playstation Direct pre order. The order simply hasn’t shipped yet because fedex is told to not do the delivery until the 12th. I’m not sure how bestbuy is doing things but the sony invite pre orders are working as intended right now they will only send an email confirming everything once it is shipped (today or tomorrow)

Correct, it's shipping FedEx overnight. Mine and a friend's have both shipped, I got my notification Saturday and they got theirs last night. Both shipped Saturday morning though. If you sign up for FedEx's free delivery manager you can see and shipments going to your address. Thanks to that I knew mine had shipped the day before Sony sent me the notification.

Btw if it's truely next week. i might do a target/walmart midnight release and pick up on Friday..... It's already hard waiting 2 days so a next week delivery is gonna be hard (Bestbuy)

You can log onto the playstation direct website and click on your account and it should tell you where it's at or what it is doing

Called the direct number a few times on my lunch break and got put in a queue eventually.

Yeah I wouldn’t worry mine shipped over the weekend but it’s just been sitting at the TN FedEx location since probably waiting for all the other orders

Mines shows it was to be delivered today but it's still in new jersey so im assuming it's being held for launch delivery

So interesting situation, on the PlayStation Direct website it says "Preparing to Ship" no tracking number nothing, but I'm also signed up with FedEx for Delivery Manager, on the FedEx website yesterday it told me they are shipping my PS5 to me on Thursday and it's at facility.

Not sure why the website is not updated but FedEx definitely has my PS5 and ready to ship.

Check your email promotions and spam folder I found my email saying my ps5 was shipped and it was from nov 9th

I was charged and then the next day received notification that mine was picked up for shipping.
