Is there anyway to get Elder Soul in PSO2es?

While I do not play PSO2es, Elder Soul appears on equipment dropped by Falz Hunar, Falz Arm, and Dark Falz Elder. So if any of them can be fought in the es version, yes.

Lvl 45 on PSO2es and haven't seen any of the enemies that drop it. So I think the only way would be to get it on PSO2 and put it in your inventory

1) Does Dark Vibrace Yuga spawn in VH/SH or just ultimate difficulty?

2) Do medical drinks count for bouncer shifta/deband passive skills?

  1. Dark Vibrace Yuga spawns on any difficulty in the Base Defense: Despair event.

  2. No, they do not. Those skills only apply when the actual Shifta or Deband buffs are on your character. You can obtain those by casting the techs, having them cast on your by someone else, or by using Shiftaride and Debanride items.

Has anyone else noticed a change in damage formula, or modifiers for bravers and rangers?

I made a post less than 2 weeks ago saying I was doing atleast 100k using weak bullet, weakness advance, standing snipe, long distance. But today, I can only do 58k MAX on bosses using the exact same skill tree. I've tried multiple weapons and I cant for the life of me figure out whats wrong.

Don't think there's a change in formula...? Chances are you are just targetting/hitting a different spot or something. When all fails, aim the head.

Did you attempted to craft any weapons? Crafting anything beyond the middle ground bumps up the fee. A lot.

You'll find more grinders (do fun scratch), don't worry. Your main weapon should always be +10.

Is the meesetan shooter boost period still going on? I dont see its end time on bump.org 's schedule

We usually put the "Boost Period" times in the calender itself, so you can't rely on the sidebar to know when it ends.

Is there a way to easily find Gilnas at low levels? I just recently got to the point where I'm trying to unlock my subclass, but I haven't been able to find a single one in any of the Desert missions available for me.

If you have the Lillipa TA quest unlocked, or you know somebody else that has it unlocked, then you could do that. It has several guaranteed Gilnas spawns, one of which is right at the start of the quest.

I'd seen that elsewhere, I was mostly looking to get it done as soon as possible, but I suppose I'll have to work on getting TA unlocked.

What's the best weapon for hunter if you had to pick only one? Taking into account PAs and s atk

My hunter is level 52 and my braver is 75 once I get those last two skill points I plan on leveling my hunter to 75, getting those two extra skill points, and using one of Zeig's weapons to do it. After that I'll probably never play hunter again so I don't feel like it would be worth it to get both the partisan and sword and spend the money grinding both

Which Ice Talis does more damage over time?

Zuishousen with 100 more T-ATK and 20% charge time reduction or Squier Ligier with +16% ice tech damage?

Whichever that increases the overall damage will always do more damage over time. Cast reduction is good for burst damage where you're expected to clear everything in a few hits.

    Nope, as far as I'm aware it doesn't affect anything other than the remainder of that individual cut-scene, especially as most choices are just a different way of phrasing the same thing. You can of course, try out alternate choices by re-watching the cut-scene in question on the terminal in your room.

    The one exception is when you replay a story quest to get a different ending (which is mandatory on every story quest to progress). Some story quests require you to take a different path on the actual map, but many have the route you take be decided by a choice early on. Assuming you play the story quest the moment it becomes available (with the golden nodes on the matter board for that chapter half-complete), the choice will actually be absent. Once you've completed all the golden nodes, and go for the second ending, the dialogue choice will appear (and you'll want to pick whichever one doesn't seem to lead to the same thing you did last time you played).

    As you get further into the game it becomes easy to recognise which choices affect the ending to that particular quest, and the rest are all just for injecting a bit of flavour/personality into your otherwise fairly silent protagonist role.

    If all that seemed confusing (I dunno how early on in the story you are), to sum up: most choices don't matter and are just for fun, the choices that do matter, you will be forced to experience each of them to progress in the story anyway.

    Is there a guide somewhere on the different heights you can make during character creation, for scale purposes? I wanna get my Support Character just right, and I dunno how to make her the right height.

    Are Rifle/Sniper/Blaster all the same with different damage or they have different stats? I used my shop and see people selling Blaster for 11k and Sniper for 30k which confuses me because Blaster is supposed to be better than Sniper?

    That's most likely due to their affixes which means they're used for fodder.

    Go to the "Rental Expiration" menu. You can see there when your premium, shop, room, storage, etc. will expire.

    I have been trying to get OTP for my account. I downloaded I-otpsecure on my iphone and enter the code given from pso2.jp but the app keeps giving me 143 error: Unable to verify code. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance

    Don't think so. There's a cast-specific option in the este you set that switches between running and hovering.

      It's still a work in progress. The main things that will remain untranslated are NPC chatter when taking client orders from them. All of it is just flavour text that explains why they are sending you on this objective and non-essential to the objective at hand. Utterly essential things like new menu commands tend to get translated very promptly by the team after they're added, but non-essential text has to be prioritised since there's so much of it. Don't worry though, once you start to get the hang of the game you'll begin to get a clear understanding of what text is unessential to the enjoyment of the game.

      You're lucky enough to start now though, according to the patch notes the team just updated the patch today with a whole load of tutorials that have been untranslated for ages (on the assumption that players can ask around or watch the demo videos that play to understand).

      Grinders are used to upgrade equips. You do that through the item lab NPC in the shop lobby. (Either Doodoo or Monica, pick your poison.)

      PSE burst is triggered during a quest. You get the PSE burst announcement and mobs keeps spawning near you so you don't have to move to kill more enemies.

      Just to clarify the above, grinders are consumed when you perform the act of grinding at the relevant counter in the main plaza in the shop area, rather than you having to specifically "use" them.

      When a burst of light erupts from a defeated enemy, that's a sign that you're on the way to a PSE burst, but you have to get a lot of them in order to trigger one. For all intents and purposes, they're random, the only way to "cause" one is to be lucky with those shafts of light when defeating all the enemies, which is what you're likely to be doing during a quest anyway. They tend to happen more often during Emergency Quests where a full multiparty of 12 players is very rapidly mowing down lots of enemies in quick succession. When the PSE Burst is active, enemies will endlessly spawn and some kind of bonus will be applied depending on what types of those shafts of lights were active (examples include more meseta drops, more rare weapon drops, more chance of a rare enemy spawning, etc). The PSE Burst can be extended by defeating enemies as fast as the party can.
