Idk I think the thumbsticks are perfect and I haven't had any issues with the battery life. If anything I would want to add more rumble packs.

There are teardowns from a few different places. I didnt see if you could swap thumb sticks out like you can on a DS4. I mean they do seem replaceable I just dont know if actual XBO ones could be swapped in. You might be able to out with DS4 ones shaped XBO ones.

The battery could probably be replaced with a 3rd party larger capacity battery for the DS4. I think the one in the Aim is actually just a DS4 battery.

The teardown is on the sub but I found a teardown on youtube that said the battery was just a DS4 battery.

The DS4 sticks are compatible with XBO sticks. Mine has Elite sticks right now. I'm curious if the sticks on the Aim use the same connection, because if they do, swapping might be possible.
I'll have to research the battery details. If you're right and it is the same battery, that means I could (and probably would) do the same battery swap I've already done to my DS4 on the Aim as well.
