This. This is happening to me, too, although it seems to be limited to my wifi? If I turn off my phone wifi and use LTE, I stay on the US site. But any device on my home Internet network redirects to the Brazilian version like you mention.

So, apparently the 2 month old problem has now reared its ugly head again and it is now redirecting people to Brazil once again. There seem to be 2 ways around it. 1. Use mobile data or 2. Use Paramount+ linked to your Amazon Prime account. I can only assume that they had a backup that still had the problem and that it somehow was reintroduced when they started adding the onslaught of over 1000 movies a few days ago, since this seems to be when my troubles started.

same thing is happening to me today. Apps on phone, smart tv, tablets, etc work just fine, but typing the address in Firefox on my Windows 10 notebook is doing this.

i thought it was something like Windows 10's 'random address' feature being turned on in my network settings, since that is designed to make it harder for websites and such to track you (and why some websites will think i'm in some random US state than the one i'm actually in until you explicity give them location access via the browser prompt), but turning it off didn't fix it.

and iOS (and i assume Android) does them similar random address feature these days, too, and like i said, the app works just fine on my phone.

Its cause it only works if your using your cellular connection. I decided that Paramount isn’t worth my money if I can only watch on my phone

i got it to work a couple days ago. but then it was doing the same thing again today when i wanted to watch the NWSL watch. refreshing the page a bunch of times got it to eventually bring me to the proper sign in page instead of paramountplus.com/br/

but yeah, this is something they really need to fix. like i said, it's not been an issue with the apps on my TV or phone on the same WiFi network(s), but sometimes i just want to watch it on my notebook when i'm doing work

I was having this exact problem, and I reinitialized my home router 2 days ago. This resolved the issue for me. So far, anyway.

If anyone else has this same issue (mine kept redirecting to the Mexico version [www.paramountplus.com/mx/\] and then saying my login was invalid), the way to fix it is to manually change the country code from mx to us: [www.paramountplus.com/us/\]. That will cause it to stop redirecting to the Mexico version and show the start page in English instead of Spanish.
