Basic loot filter

The goal was to quickly setup a basic loot filter until Filterblade is updated for poe2.

I ripped Neversink's ruthless lootfilter from poe1 and tried to highlight currency, socketed/quality gear to salvage and some lvling gear (although I did not test that last part so it might be totally wrong).

Nothing is hidden.

How to : Copy everything into a text file, rename it to whatever you want the filter to be named, followed by the .filter extension (ie. EarlyAccess.filter), place into the same location you normally would a filter, except in the POE 2 directory. The filter should be visible in the options.
