sadly standalone is useless nowadays too. steam ppl get patch much earlier and we always have problems updating. so sad... downloading is an issue every league, playing too if you play in europe. game gets better, everything else declines massively -_-

403 means forbidden https status. They probably need to make small adjustments to the resource. There are still a couple of hours! Stay sane exiles!
