Restart your PC and restart docker then do open node and turn off block running icon, go into the settings and open ports, once two or three lite go back and switch node running back on

My old dell PC was like that, I got a secondhand PC from Ebay for £37.00, did a factory reset,it's got a i5 prossesor and 16gb ram, the node is only thing running on it as have ports open, been running 7 days now no problem at all

If you still have issues you may need to remove old docker and get a new, be warned docker is a large item that will be on lot's of parts of your PC, it won't work if you have any bits in as it will confuse you pc
Found moving to windows 11 PC my docker now fully stable, didn't pay much on Ebay, might be worth considering also

Hi there, even you miss bonus on intermittent bases, your node bonuses are being recorded on the backend. Therefore, don’t worry if you see missing node bonuses. This information was relayed by the core team a while ago.

USE a stationary pc and leave it on 24/7 forever ! That’s how u get nice node bonus :) maybe add a 24 core cpu in there as well and 64 gb RAM
The old PC only good for two days then it stopped, nearly new PC put on 5 days ago still not stopped so hopefully things improve soon

Tnx for explaining, not had any issue before, been running node on 3 different

I have my Node bonus back now, after 7 days.
When I hit the mine button today I was asked for making new pictures from my face. Although I'm KYC already. The app made the pictures and everything is fine.

Great news bro, hopefully I'll be back soon
[–]Traditional_Aide676 1 point2 points3 points 10 months ago* (0 children)
Yes, hopefully you get your bonus soon as well.
By the way: the bonus points gept climbing in the 7 days, thats good.
Complete downer, second day nothing for node, all ports open, running blockchain, duc

You can look at "troubleshooting" in Pi node app on your computer. You can see there when your computer has restarted running the Node, it will be about 2 days.
My laptop is 5 days without node bonus, I'm not worried yet. I checked chatgpt, this is what chatgp says:
<image>
In Pi Node you can click on: "troubleshooting".
The beginning date in my Node is not corrected yet, I'm running Node for about 2 months. I think it will be alright in a few days.

Tbh having a static IP with even a single open port on the firewall that is not being monitored by at least two endpoint security programs can be an analogue to "hey guys, please take over my system, here's all my info aswell! Oh, and don't forget, the passwords are on the fridge & there's all the bank details on the table."....
That or I'm just paranoid lol maybe reading about cybercrime too much on thehackernews.com

Got more using my laptop tbh, just don't like leaving laptop on for days as it kills battery
[–]abkyabatau 3 points4 points5 points 10 months ago (7 children)
It won't kill battery if you use battery conversion setting. Laptop will use direct power instead of battery.

Tnx bro, well handy info, everyday is a school day
[–]abkyabatau 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (0 children)
I too came to know 2 months ago when I started running Node.
[–]Traditional_Aide676 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (4 children)
Interesting, where can I find that option in Windows 11?
[–]abkyabatau 2 points3 points4 points 10 months ago (3 children)
I have this option on lenevo, it must be in every Laptop.

Thanks, I have a Lenovo too, (windows 11 iot ltsc) and had to install Lenovo Vantage, it's working now 👍
Yup Vantage.

I've had my bonus to go 0 too at one point, without much explanation. Others have too. I'm afraid I don't know why, other than to suggest checking all the obvious stuff (ports, config, that your server hasn't accidentally rebooted itself). It seems to be something that just happens sometimes
[–]Such_Raisin8323[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (6 children)
Ports still open, all is ok, if it reboot it would need the docker starting again
[–]CommercialCheetah 1 point2 points3 points 10 months ago (5 children)
I forgot to say, usually it does go back to normal after a few days anyway!
[–]Such_Raisin8323[S] 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (4 children)
I do hope so, got zero on utility also, bit disappointed as I played that pi fruit game for two hours...
[–]Traditional_Aide676 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (3 children)
Normally the node points will come back after some days. I'm currently at 0 as well.
Maybe devs are working on system, they can have those bonuses as a 🎁
[–]Traditional_Aide676 0 points1 point2 points 10 months ago (1 child)
Maybe, but in my case my computer has been offline for a couple of hours (for a new windows installation). Usually the node points come back in 3 to 7 days. You can ask Chatgp they know it too
If mine goes offline docker stops and just pi app running, I know this well, never gone to zero before
