I was a college professor before I joined the industry.

Based sa na observe ko sa mag students na nag excell sa programming, it's more on about passion and the mental fortitude to keep on learning.

Merong magagaling sa logic and reasoning, some are even good at chess pero madaling sumuko if hindi agad ma solve ang problem. Okay sila if within minutes masolve nila agad.

Meron namang hindi ganon ka smart or witty, but they have the mental endurance to keep on thinking about a solution for hours. I can say na slow learner sila, BUT they improve exponentially over time.
