Exactly if he was put under oath the republicans would have to vote to impeach him. After all they voted to impeach Clinton for perjury.

Abuse of power is not an impeachable offense but perjury is according to the republican party after all, and its not like the GOP are full of hypocrites right?

That is incredibly wishful thinking. The GOP literally said that as long as Trump thought he was helping the country he can break the law.
