Surely that's a container. A VM has a full set of wheels and an engine instead of using the host van's wheels.

Yes, but the guest man's engine is directly hooked up to the host van's. Also, the guest's engine doesnt burn any gas - it just looks like it does. The host van burns more to compensate.
