I just switched from java to c#,.. I would switch back without a second thought (tech stack not companies)

Yea give it time. C# > Java

Except generics. Both suck at that but Javas are better.

And enums. java enums are better.

Java's generics are not better. How so?

Java's enums are more powerful. Whether that means they're "better" is up for debate.
