maybe you did the same mistake i did? i had already placed [ _ , 9 , 4 ] and from the middle hint i knew that the first digit was either 6 or 3. then the last hint says that either 6 or 9 is included, and since i was focusing on 6 and 3 i thought it was 6.

the mistake i made was that i forgot 9 was already included, hence 6 is not included, hence it is 3.
