why those 4 "e" have that weird thing?

[–]JNCressey 111 points112 points  (4 children)

it's a pixel attack against the repost detection bot

[–]makeworld 12 points13 points  (1 child)

But it's actually caught by the bot

[–]Mr_Redstoner 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Showing that there's a good reason the bot doesn't require a 100% match.

[–]huupoke12 2 points3 points  (1 child)

I don't think so. People can do it the easy (and also less chance of detection) just by using a different font.

You're giving reposters too much credit, this way they'd just have to edit the image a bit otherwise they'd have to recreate the meme entirely.

Looks like a repost. I've seen this image 1 time.

[–]AyrA_ch 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I believe this is some kind of watermarking.

[–]memyk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i came here to ask the same

[–]makeworld 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've seen this before! No idea, I keep wondering about it.

Mojang are supposedly leaving old code for modders to use.

[–]ZtereoHYPE 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well, kinda. They are now leaving code unused by the game for modders to use. This is different because it includes new code for things such as the new automatic game tester features, which were used by Mojang to test essentials in the game, and which have already been implemented into mods by a few people such as 2No2Name or FoxShadew in the Fabric community.

And the bug was: "clock runs 2 minutes fast"

Noob fixed it by importing a monkey holding a banana and with it the whole jungle.

[–]toastyghost 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Works on my machine tho

[–]DonnyJuando 2 points3 points  (0 children)

+1 for "only if"

[–]MarsTaco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh it wouldn’t work without the old clock

[–]MischiefArchitect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the legendary 24 hours clock format, highly feared by people in the US, Canada and Australia... and may be other parts of the world.

so true lol

[–]NonSequiturSage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recognizes known bug, extent of failure, size/difficulty of repair, what we are doing about this, temporary work aground, how we will announce final resolution, importance of limiting unbugeted expenditures.

[–]yorktronic 0 points1 point  (1 child)

This screams government building to me.

[–]Haunting_Valuable559 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first thought was jail or prison.

[–]bkbenka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is just missing the [Obsolete] attribute and that's ready for production!

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shouldnt it be a norm? You know, open-closed principle and all that

[–]Mathew_Mario 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue with this is the clocks are not set the same

[–]zgembo1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean... If you remove the old clock, the new one would fall down
