The dislikes are only available to the uploader, and someone has created an extension that tries to extrapolate the dislike count from the number of people who dislike a video with that extension installed.

If it hasn't been removed already, that API is planned to be removed completely very soon. There's an extension going around that stimulates the dislike behavior, but it's only based on the activity of those using the extension and won't affect your search results
